Shipping Costs

When you place an order with us your shipping will automatically be calculated for you based on the weight of the products you selected. Just choose the option that suits you from the pull down menu in the checkout process.

Shipping & Ordering FAQ's

Where do you ship to?
We ship to Austalia only. For other countries please our where to buy page.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders received by 11am, Monday throuh Friday will be shipped within 24 hours if the goods are in stock. Please allow 2 - 7 days for delivery.

How do you ship orders?
We use Australia Post Eparcl for delivery of all orders. If you would prefer a different method, please contact Customer Service on 1300 249 119.

Can I track my Order?
Yes, you can track your shipment through the Australia Post website. Your Consignment note number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

My credit card keeps getting rejected during the ordering process. What's wrong?
Do not add dashes or spaces between the numbers. If this is not the problem then our online payment gateway is unable to charge your card - please check with your card issuer.

Can I order by phone?
Yes! To order by phone, please have the item numbers ready and call 1300 249 119 and one of our customer service representatives will gladly assist you.

Can I order by fax?
Yes! To order by fax, we suggest you add the items you wish to order to your basket, print this out and fax to 1300 249 161. Please include your contact details (shipping and billing addresses) and credit card information (Visa or Mastercard, card number and expiration date).

Can I order by mail?
Yes! To order by mail, we suggest you add the items you wish to order to your basket, print this out and mail it to Pure Fiji Pty Ltd, Unit 10, 53 Myoora Road, TERREY HILLS, NSW 2084. Please include your contact details (shipping and billing addresses) a cheque, money order, or credit card information (Visa, Mastercard, card number and expiration date) with your order. Please allow up 10 days to receive your order.

Do I have to pay GST?
A 10% Goods and Services tax is payable on all items shipped within Australia. The prices shown INCLUDE this tax. Tax, If applicable, is added to your order on checkout.

I ordered or received the wrong item, what do I do now?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us by e-mail immediately. Do not return the item to us without getting prior authorization first

What is Pure Fiji's guarantee/Refunds?
For defects we will gladly replace the product or give you a credit, whichever you prefer.
